Terms of use

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) is concluded between Magic ball (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement - Agent) and a capable individual (hereinafter referred to as the User).

Consent to the conclusion of this agreement (acceptance of the offer) consists in the installation of the Magic ball Mobile application. This Agreement is considered concluded (comes into force) from the moment that occurred earlier: completion of the installation procedure for the Magic ball mobile application.

1. To whom this policy applies

“User” means the person using the Magic ball app.

2. Registration in the Magic ball mobile application and the Procedure for its use

2.1. The user is fully responsible for all actions (as well as their consequences) when using the Magic ball mobile application.

2.2. The agent is not responsible for the responses that the user receives in the application.

2.3. The user should understand that this application does not provide real advice and does not call for listening to the answers.

2.4. The Agent has the right to send advertising and informational messages to the User. If the User does not want to receive such messages, he can request the removal of information through his settings screen.

3. Rights and obligations of the Agent

3.1. The Agent undertakes to make every effort to prevent failures, but is not responsible for temporary technical failures and interruptions in the operation of the Magic ball mobile application, regardless of the reasons for such failures and their duration.

3.2. Since the Magic ball mobile application is at the stage of constant addition and updating of functions and responses, the name and composition of the provided functions may change from time to time without prior notice to the User, the Agent has the right to terminate (temporarily or permanently) any individual functions.

3.3. The Agent undertakes to regularly improve the software and hardware complex, but does not guarantee that the Magic ball application software is free of errors, the equipment will not fail and will work smoothly.

4. Rights and obligations of the User

The User undertakes to read the current version of the Agreement every time he visits the Magic ball mobile application and to comply with its provisions.

5. How do I ask the application questions?

Ask a question in your mind and follow the instructions on the screen.

6. Processing of personal data

The mobile application does not require registration or authorization.

7. Advertising in the mobile application

The application PRO Magic Ball does not have advertising. You can enjoy the app without ADS.
